Individual telehealth consulting

You can choose to schedule your appointment via zoom or telephone.

Initial consultation 60 minutes valued at $200

  • During your first session we will do a comprehensive assessment of your health and nutrition related concerns. I am keen to get to know you and what you want to get out of our time together. Assessments often include discussion of relevant medical history, diet patterns, clinical symptoms, relationship with food and your body, exploration of food triggers etc. I will help to unpack your ultimate health and nutrition goals and develop a plan of how to meet them.

  • If you have any relevant medical testing e.g. blood tests, colonoscopy report etc. please email them to me prior to your initial appointment.

Review consultation standard 30 minutes valued at $100 OR

Review consultation extended 50 minutes valued at $180

  • Review sessions are an opportunity to discuss your progress towards your goals. I will be here to provide ongoing support, tools and resources to help you on your journey.

  • I encourage clients to adopt a trial and correction mindset. This means if something isn’t working, we can explore a better path to move forward. Together we will unpack any barriers to change and strategies to overcome them.

  • The extended review sessions are beneficial for those with particularly complex health issues or who just value the extra time.

Concession and Pension rates

A $20 discount will be applied for those with a valid health care card, concession card or senior’s card. Please have your card ready at the time of appointment to receive this discount - or send me a photo in advance.

Payments and rebates

At Hannah Taylor Nutrition, my goal is to provide each client with dedicated time and care during consultations. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following policies apply:

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required on the day of your appointment.

  • Your card will be charged after your appointment is complete (card details will be requested on your initial intake form). If you have any concerns about providing your card details online, you may choose to pay via bank transfer instead.

Medicare and private health rebates

Medicare rebates of $61.80 per consultation are available for individuals with a chronic health condition (up to 5 visits) or eating disorder (20 visits). To receive rebates, you must be referred by your GP via a GP Management Plan (GPMP) / Team Care Arrangement (TCA) or Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDMP). Speak with your GP to determine if you are eligible.

Alternatively, you may be eligible to claim through private health depending on your level of extras cover. Check with your private health insurer to find out.

Cancellation and refund policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: If you experience an unforeseen event such as a medical emergency, illness (e.g. gastro), or a family bereavement, please get in touch. In such cases, the cancellation fee may be waived at my discretion.
